Xurveys (“promoter”) conducts research with the participation of members of the public who may, subject to these terms and conditions, enter into its prize draws.

Prizewinners will be selected at random from eligible entrants. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

Xurveys respects your privacy. All information collected will be handled in strict accordance with our privacy policy.

Prize draws are open to those who: (1) are UK residents aged 18 and over who are not deemed ineligible (see below); (2) have been invited by Xurveys to participate in the research to which the promotion applies, in return for prize draw entry; (3) fall within the stated target population for the research in question, which may have a narrower demographic and/or geographic requirement than in (1); and (4) complete the applicable research fully and in good faith, in accordance with the general Xurveys terms and conditions.

Those ineligible for entry include employees and associates of the promoter and, where applicable, the sponsor(s) of the research being conducted, their family members and those to whom they are deemed by the promoter to be closely connected. A maximum of one entry per household applies to each prize draw; subsequent entries from the same household will be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the period during which entries can be made will begin concurrently with the fieldwork period, when the survey is first advertised, and will end no sooner than the date at which advertising ends, plus a grace period of 72 hours. The fieldwork period continues until Xurveys determines that sufficient survey responses have been received, and may vary considerably depending on the project.

In exceptional circumstances, Xurveys may amend the closing date to a later date, or agree to accept entries received other than during the originally advertised promotional period. Such circumstances include (but are not limited to) the extension of the research period for technical or operational reasons.

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided by them. The accuracy of these details is the entrant’s sole responsibility and the promoter will not be responsible for a prizewinner’s uncontactability due to incomplete, out-of-date or otherwise inaccurate contact details, or the prizewinner’s failure to read and respond to the notification due to spam filtering or other factors within his or her reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated, prizes will be delivered electronically in the form of gift vouchers for selected online or high street retailers. Xurveys may substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. There is no cash alternative, except: (1) if the prize cannot be delivered in the form (or a suitable substitute for the form) advertised, for any reason; or (2) at the absolute discretion of the promoter. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.

The promoter is Number Cruncher Analytics Ltd trading as Xurveys, a company registered in England and Wales with Companies House registration number 10885040, ICO registration ZA274019 and its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

The promoter’s decision is final in respect of all prize draw matters and, except where required by applicable law, no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
